Terms Of Service
First, a few guidelines to follow when commissioning us:- We don't do refunds. Reason behind this is because as soon as we receive the money, we spent it on food and rent. This is our main source of income. We ask for your dear patience and understanding- Commissions are worked in phases. Sketch - LineArt - Flat Colors - Shades. Changes that require a major anatomic change are only accepted in the Sketch Phase. Once LineArt is applied we don't make any changes to the structure anymore. Any forced change will be charged as a fee.
Same applies with the Flat Colors Phase. Any changes requested to the color scheme of the OC after this phase will carry on a fee, unless there was a coloring mistake done by the artist. Fee will be determined depending on the complexity of the change.- Business side of commissions is handled by my manager Vaeruff. Everything art related is ran by me. We please ask to be polite when requesting progress WIPs or Info regarding your commission.
Normally there will be a Queue in the art group that will dictate the order of making, normally by arrival. Commissions wont take more than a month under normal circumstances, but we do ask for your attention when we deliver the WIPs. Not paying attention to the WIPs will make us continue with the next and leave your commission on the last place in queue to continue with other orders.-For things i will and will not draw please contact me and ask me about it. Generally I will draw most things, but there are a few things I won't draw.
